Our beef tikka masala features chunks of marinated beef in a luxurious sauce that's taken us years to perfect, we blend fresh cream with crushed tomatoes, ground almonds, and a hint of mango for subtle sweetness. The beef is incredibly tender from overnight marination, and those beautiful orange-red colours come from real tomatoes and paprika, not food colouring.
