Delete account

Deleting your account removes your login, points, saved cards and contact details from Delo and every Eclyde shop.

Shops keep records of past orders for tax, without your name, email, phone or address. Card payment records are kept by our payment provider as the law requires.

You can also delete your account in the Delo app: Account, then Delete account.
